Narcs are assigned directly to a target.
They are told the location of the target, things about them, and how they should act towards them.
They already know who you are before any engagement begins.
Everything is planned and intentional from the start.
NarcStalkers like to think of themselves as NSA — stationed wherever in your community.
You end up somewhere on a regular basis where they recognize you as a TI.
You crossed paths with an active Narc who was not originally assigned to you.
The engagement happens based on proximity and opportunity, not prior planning.
